Core-CNC ("we," "us") is a CNC advisory business based in the Midlands, UK. You can reach us at info@core-cnc.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us. If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, company, email address, and message you provide. It's delivered to us via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, so we can respond to your enquiry.

When you browse the site. If you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type. This only runs if you actively accept it. If you decline, no analytics data is collected about your visit.

Cookies

This site uses one type of cookie: an analytics cookie set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept it via the banner. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand and improve the site — we don't use it to identify individual visitors.

Who we share it with

Formspree processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, and object to how it's used. To do any of this, email info@core-cnc.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you feel it hasn't been handled properly.
